  1. Fried sweet potato with apples
    Ingredients
  • sweet potato – 2 pcs.;
  • apple – 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • pepper – to taste;
  • salt – to taste.

    Ingredients
  • sweet potato – 2 pcs.;
  • apple – 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – to taste;
  • fresh greens – to taste.

  1. First, we wash and clean the sweet potato.
  2. The second step is to cut the root vegetable into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Boil it in salted water until soft.
  4. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  5. Combine the cooled sweet potatoes and sliced apples.
  6. Season with lemon juice and olive oil.
  7. You can decorate with fresh herbs.

3.Sweet potato and apple porridge

Ingredients

  • sweet potato – 1 pc.;
  • apple – 2 pcs.;
  • milk (optional) – 100 g;
  • cinnamon – to taste;
  • honey – to taste;
  • nuts – 10 g .
